Our Mission is simple: to come together, support one another, and grow as individuals and as a community. By embracing new ideas and standing up for what we believe in, we strive to make a lasting impact on the world around us.
At World Changers United, we are driven by a deep commitment to humanity and the well-being of people around the globe. As we witness the suffering resulting from conflicts, such as the ongoing situation in Ukraine, our hearts go out to those affected—especially the children and families caught in the crossfire. The challenges they face, from the loss of homes to limited access to clean water, nutrition, and education, highlight the urgent need for compassion and support.

Shelly Ferrée
Chief Inspiration Officer (aka The Boss)
Meet Shelly Ferrée, our ever-energetic Chief Inspiration Officer, who is not just a leader but the heart and soul of World Changers United. With a vibrant passion for instigating change and a mission to inspire others, Shelly embodies the very essence of a visionary.
Shelly's journey began during her college years at Oregon State University, where she started her political career as a media intern for Governor Vic Atiyeh. Initially drawn to journalism, she worked as a KOIN-TV intern, dreaming of becoming a television news anchor. However, her experience deepened her understanding of the industry, leading her to realize that creating news was far more exciting than merely reporting it.
Armed with her journalism degree and a wealth of experience from being on the College Debate Team, Shelly pivoted her career towards public relations. She launched a Public Relations Department for San Diego’s largest advertising agency, where she excelled in business planning, media relations, and crisis management. Her proactive approach ensured that clients stayed out of negative headlines, establishing her reputation as a formidable force in the field.
At just 27 years old, Shelly became the youngest Vice President at the agency, demonstrating her remarkable ability to lead and innovate. She specialized in strategic planning and new business development for major brands, including Frito Lay, McDonald's Corporation, and the San Diego Padres. Her efforts were instrumental in propelling these brands to new heights.
After her successful tenure in San Diego, Shelly moved back to Portland and shifted her focus to McDonald's Corporation, where she served as a Marketing Executive. In this role, she played a pivotal part in turning Portland into a major test market. Working with Davis Allen Advertising, Shelly developed innovative menu items that would become staples, such as McDonald’s first-ever co-branded KC Masterpiece BBQ Bacon Cheeseburger and the "Big n’ Tasty," McDonald's first lettuce and tomato burger that gained national acclaim. Her marketing strategies were key to making these offerings highly profitable, contributing to Seattle's and Portland's standing as top markets for Extra Value Meal sales.
In 1999, Shelly made a significant personal and professional leap by purchasing a Mr. Rooter Plumbing franchise with her then-fiancé, Steve. Under her leadership, this franchise became the most successful Mr. Rooter in the U.S. and Canada. Their joint venture thrived until September 2021, when they sold it, allowing Steve to retire while Shelly took time to care for her parents.
While navigating the complexities of family responsibilities, including the loss of her father in July 2022 and her mother in February 2025, Shelly faced significant personal challenges, including a traumatic brain injury that affected her memory. This period of her life was both painful and enlightening, leading her to embrace the importance of healing—physically, emotionally, and spiritually.
Today, as Chief Inspiration Officer at World Changers United, Shelly channels her diverse experiences into empowering others. She is pioneering initiatives like “Shelly’s Escapes,” which offers spiritual retreats in destinations such as Sedona and Nashville. Additionally, she is expanding her brand with ventures like Shelly’s Picks wine label, Rock n’ Vine Restaurant, and the "I Deserve It" Nail Salon and Spa.
Shelly's life mantra emphasizes the significance of self-care and prioritizing personal well-being. After years of tirelessly working for clients and the demands of competition, she has learned the crucial lesson of breathing life into her own passions before aiding others. Now, at 63, she feels as lively and energetic as ever, determined to inspire those around her to discover their true purpose and passion.
Through her journey of overcoming obstacles and embracing her God-given purpose, Shelly aims to help others transform their pain into a source of strength and growth. She firmly believes, “It’s not just about the destination, but the journey we take together.” With a wink and a smile, she invites you to join her in this incredible journey—because together, we can change the world, one smile at a time! 🌻😇🦋

As the current Director of Marketing and Operations, I'm always looking for ways to leverage my creative expertise to drive results.With a background in design and brand development, I've had the privilege of working with some of the world's most iconic brands, including Adidas, Nordstrom, Amazon, Echo, FireTV, Alexa, and Starbucks.

and cultural storytelling.
With a deep passion for design, Rone has cultivated a reputation for transforming garments into one-of-a-kind pieces that blend vintage charm with modern aesthetics. His ability to reimagine clothing by mixing textures, colors, and styles has earned them admiration in the fashion world. Rone’s unique creations have been showcased at local artist markets and community fashion events, consistently drawing attention for their bold individuality and craftsmanship.
Beyond design, Rone is committed to inclusivity and self-expression through fashion, particularly for the transgender, non-binary, and BIPOC communities. His work challenges conventional fashion norms, celebrating identity and diversity in every piece. His keen eye for detail, dedication to sustainability, and forward-thinking creativity make them an invaluable leader at United World Changers.
